How day spas work

At a day spa you buy one ticket and use everything inside: saunas, steam rooms, pools and rooms to rest. Many give you a bathrobe and towels. There are 7 spas like this on this site.

In the city centre, Sturebadet at Stureplan is a famous old bathhouse with a day pass. Hagastrand Spa is in the Royal Haga Park by Brunnsviken bay. In Nacka, Vana Spa Saltsjöqvarn is by the water, and Yasuragi has a big Japanese bath with many saunas and hot springs.

A day spa costs more than a sauna club, but the ticket often includes pools, towels, and sometimes food. Compare in our sauna price guide.
