A sauna is a different kind of team event: no screens, time to talk, and a cold dip that everyone remembers. In Stockholm, 12 private saunas take at least 12 people, and many public saunas in the city work well for a relaxed after-work.

With a guide or a programme
Want more than a sauna? Äventyrsbanans bastu vid Sandasjön offers a guided walk to an old wood-fired sauna by a lake (mostly booked by companies). The Sacred Sauna Slakthuset runs guided sessions with heat, a sauna show (aufguss), breathing and a cold bath.

Questions and answers
How many people can a sauna take?
The biggest saunas on this page take 44 people (Hellasgården Bastu). For a bigger team, book two saunas next to each other, or take turns.
What does it cost?
A private sauna for a group of 12 or more costs from 500 kr for the whole sauna. Companies often pay prices without VAT, so ask the sauna for a quote.
Is a sauna OK for everyone in the team?
Not everyone likes heat or being in swimwear with colleagues. Make it optional, choose a place with a room to rest, and say clearly that swimwear is fine.
