A sauna in the Slakthuset area with music, breathing exercises and cold pools. You can join a guided session or use the sauna on your own. There are two saunas, so it is open many hours. Bring a towel, swimwear and a water bottle.

Sauna on your own: 250 kr per visit. Guided session: 349 kr. Packs and memberships are also possible.
